Wait, I Know a Spell For That!: Most of the time, when a character needs a spell it means hitting the books, hanging out in the library, and creating or discovering the spell they need. As the witch grows in power though, they've read dozens of spells in their studies, if not hundreds. Most of these are minor magics covering the fundamentals, but still there's a chance that the witch may recall the perfect spell for this situation. By spending 1 Drama Point they may "remember" a spell, creating it on the fly without giving up time to do research. The Power Level of this spell may not be higher than half the witch's Sorcery Quality, rounded down. Boosted Sorcery qualities do not count for these purposes. So if a caster has a Sorcery of 5, they may spend a Drama Point to dynamically learn a Power Level 1 or 2 spell. Since this is one they remember from studying, these do count against the spells the witch has in their Occult Library.
The inspiration for this ability is the show. In the later seasons Willow and Tara would often already know a needed spell and only hit the books for the big stuff. This lets the PC know some minor magics when they need them.
Oops, Sorry!: Sometimes, bad things happen on accident. The wrong person gets hit, something gets broken, and it just makes things worse. This can happen whenever a character rolls a 1 on any task. The character can then propose a fumble - some ill effect as a result of their failed action. If the Director agrees, the fumble happens and the character is awarded one Drama Point. Examples would be striking a friend in combat instead of an enemy, breaking a weapon, or alerting an enemy to your presence.
