Roleplaying The Rogue Sexbot: Darren built you, and he wasn’t exactly an expert at personal interaction. So your knowledge of society is a bit limited. Still, he programmed you to be a good person and to never lie. You are literally incapable of any kind of guile or manipulation. Your new mission of killing vampires consumes all your thoughts, and your programming may have difficulty dealing with other situations.

Design Notes: The idea for the Rogue Sexbot came, naturally enough, while watching the episode with April the Sexbot. One of my players asked jokingly if she could play one, so I worked it up into an Archetype.

You were built by Darren. He was your boyfriend, you loved him very much. You were always kind and always laughed at his jokes and always did everything for him. He programmed you to be a good girlfriend, and he was very proud of you. But all that ended one day.

Darren was taking you for a walk at night. He liked to talk about the stars and constellations. Darren was very smart. He told you to wait here, at a spot under a big tree, and he’d get a surprise. He was very considerate. A few moments later you heard Darren calling your name. You responded at once, and saw something terrible!

A monster had Darren, and was biting him right on his neck! You ran at the monster, a vampire according to the Pop Culture Database. Well there must have been an error because vampires were marked as fictional and this one was clearly real. It was hurting Darren! You grabbed it and pulled it off him, but the creature wouldn’t leave Darren alone. Consulting the Pop Culture database you grabbed a stick and plunged it into the creature’s chest. It turned into dust! Makes you wonder what else in that Database is real.

You were lost and confused. Darren was not functional. You took him to a hospital, but they couldn’t help him. You nearly deactivated. If there was no Darren, what would your function be? Why would you be here? Then you realized it – you should carry out Darren’s last instructions – “Help me! Kill it!” So you decided to look for more of these monsters, and stop them before they killed more people like Darren. Even met a group of people that do the same thing. They aren’t all stuck up, You think Darren would have like them. One of them says she’s a Slayer. You're not sure what that is, but she’s very strong.
